The Community Innovation Hub (CIH) is LEAD Sierra Leone’s flagship youth development initiative that provides free vocational training to underserved and out-of-school youth in Makeni. The program equips participants—especially women and youth—with practical skills to enhance employability, entrepreneurship, and economic independence.
The Youth Up Webinar Program is a monthly digital learning series by LEAD Sierra Leone that equips young people with the knowledge and tools to access global opportunities. Sessions cover scholarships, proposal writing, fundraising, and career development, helping youth build professional skills and compete confidently at national and international levels.
